Supporters of the Hedgehog

We can all do our bit to help the Hedgehog individually, but by working together, we can accomplish so much more

Here are some groups and organisations that work tirelessly and passionately in support of the Hedgehog and Wildlife Generally

Founded in 1982 the British Hedgehog Preservation Society offers help and advice to those with sick, injured or orphaned hedgehogs and maintains a list of rehabilitators in the UK. Aims:
– To provide hospital facilities, together with a rescue, treatment and rehabilitation service to relieve the suffering and distress of sick, injured and orphaned hedgehogs, with the aim to rehabilitate them once fit and healthy back into the wild.
 – To educate the public and offer advice on the care, treatment, conservation and habitat of the hedgehog. https://www.hedgehogcare.co.uk/

Our organisation is unique – while most of our work for wildlife takes place at local grassroots level, we have a national voice. https://www.lancswt.org.uk/
